Anyone living in Oregon and Washington state.
You can schedule a new patient consultation to meet your provider and see if they are a good fit. From there, you can schedule an intake appointment with your provider or on the patient app.
To maintain services, you need to be seen at least once a month for therapy and every 3 months for medication management. As an outpatient practice, we can see patients up to 2 times per week if their symptoms and needs are at a higher level. For most patients, you may be seen once a week or twice a month.
Session frequency should be discussed with your provider to personalize to your goals and needs.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any no shows or late cancellations cannot be billed to your insurance and will be charged as follows:
- missed intake appointment - full charge of the session.
- 1st missed appointment after the intake or emergency, no charge
- 2nd+ missed appointment, $75 charge
Yes. Both in-person and telehealth sessions are available as well as evening and weekend hours.
Yes and no, new providers do keep a waitlist for services prior to starting seeing clients/patients while current providers whose caseload is full do not keep a waitlist. Please see the consultation scheduling links to view provider availability.
We want our patients to be able to receive care in a timely fashion when they need it. Appointments are available within 1-2 weeks of your consultation, depending on your availability and schedule.
